Refund policy

Tubers will be shipped via 2 day priority. Please ensure you retrieve your package promptly. Immediately upon receipt of your package please open and inspect your dahlia tubers/cuttings. I strive to only delivery healthy, viable dahlias. In the event that I make a mistake, rest assured I will make it right. Please reach out within 3 days of delivery providing clear, well lit, and close pictures. Every tuber shipped has as least one confirmed eye. Tubers have been inspected several times by myself, using a scope when necessary as some may still be dormant. If the dahlia was a mislabel and blooms a different variety, please send me pictures as soon as you are aware. You will be refunded or a sent a replacement the following spring.  Dahlias are a perishable product, they must be cared for properly. Please ensure you understand how to store dahlias prior to planting and how to grow them as well.
Waking tubers, attempting to use for cuttings, and any process other than planting into the ground, we cannot be responsible for. Tubers are to be planted 4-6” deep and not watered until sprouts have pushed through the soil. Tubers cannot take up water without first producing roots, which can take 6-8 weeks. I cannot be held responsible for growers practices, weather, storage, pests, or Mother Nature etc..
Storage failures happen to the best of us. A credit, refund, or replacement will be offered ant my discretion. All refunds are limited to the purchase price. Shipping will not be refunded. The buyer is responsible for correct shipping information.
